Revision Policy

The timeline of the revision depends entirely on your revision comments. If the changes are minor, your revision will be done in no time. However, if the changes are more complex, the minimum time as stated will be taken. But, we prefer no revisions, therefore, to avoid that provide clear and concise guidelines.

Moreover, to check the authenticity of your revision request, we first tally your initial guidelines with your revision comments. If both are the same, you will be eligible for free revision. However, if there is a huge difference, you will have to pay for an adjustment to have those revision comments incorporated.

Urgent Revisions

If you wish to request a revision on an urgent basis, then you'll have to pay adjustment fee since the concerned resource might not be available to perform the revision.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You receive a 100% refund if there are any payment mistakes, i.e. identical order, double payments, etc. or when we are unable to provide a relevant resource for your order.

Under some conditions, you will receive a certain percentage of the refund.

  • When a resource is not assigned: If a resource is not assigned to your order, you will be eligible for a 90% refund.
  • When details are missing: If you cancel your order when its details are missing, you will be eligible for a 95% refund.
